Firestone Complete Auto Care

Today, I experienced a proper senior moment. The gentleman that helped ease my mind was kind, patient and noticeably tried to steer the conversation from me being a doofas. Thank you for allowing me to be your good deed for the day sir. Note: I forgot to ask him his name.

I can’t recommend Mitch enough! He recently replaced my brakes and battery, and the entire experience was excellent. He was honest, upfront, and took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel pressured. He found me great prices on the parts and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. It’s hard to find someone you can truly trust with your vehicle, but Mitch is one of those people. His integrity, fairness, and quality of work really stand out. If you’re looking for a mechanic who genuinely cares about his customers and does things the right way, I highly recommend him!

Each and every time that I have used Firestone, I have had world class service and kindness. I had to take my car in today due to a windshield wiper issue. Logan Hernandez went above and beyond to help me out. I was so highly impressed! These folks are the best. I would highly recommend Firestone and Logan to anyone in need of car service/work.

I want to personally shoutout Tyson and Mitch for helping me on my way through town! They were so kind and even stayed open when I knew I was going to get there right at 6:00pm as they were closing on a Saturday to help me make sure I felt safe driving on my tire. THANK YOU to these kind and caring men of Firestone!

Pulled in for an air top off in tires, James noticed a nail in my passenger rear and told me if I went inside they could take care of it quickly with a patch at a reasonable price. When I went inside, Mitch was super kind and got me right in, I may have waited 10 minutes overall for the service, and that was with the bays full. Only paid $23 with tax. Seamless, stress-free service. Definitely will be coming back if needed.
